Your order is processed within 1 to 3 business days from the time your payment is confirmed. Within Mexico, shipping takes 1 to 5 business days depending on the option you choose:

• FedEx home delivery: 3 to 5 business days.
• DHL Express: 1 to 2 business days.

For the United States and Europe, the estimated time is shown on the checkout screen.

Within Mexico, you have two options, to any part of the country:

• FedEx: $59.99 MXN.
• DHL Express: $99.99 MXN.

For the United States and Europe, the cost appears on the checkout screen before you finish your purchase.

On purchases of $599 MXN or more, FedEx shipping within Mexico is completely free. With 2 pairs, you're already there 🎁. You can combine any models you like. The DHL Express option always has a cost.

No. Free shipping based on a minimum purchase does not apply to international shipments, and the shipping cost must always be paid.

We work with FedEx and DHL. You choose the option you prefer at checkout.

When your order is shipped, we send you your tracking number so you can follow it on the carrier's website.
